How to Order

We keep an inventory of the most requested pine bases, so most orders can be ready the same day.  However, if we don't have the bases you want in stock, please be prepared to allow one or two days for an order to be ready for shipment or pick-up.   Special orders of oak or poplar bases may take up to a week.

ONLINE:  Please email us at sales@basketbees.biz with a list of items you would like to order, as well as your preferred method of payment.  Be sure to include the Size, Shape and Number of Slots for each item.  Once we process your order, we will send you an email reply with your order total and payment instructions.  If you choose to pay with credit card, PayPal will send you a separate email invoice.  When you receive the email, click on the link inside the email to connect to PayPal's secure website and follow their instructions. 

BY PHONE:  Please leave us a voice mail message at (262) 392-2575 with the items you would like to purchase as well as your daytime and evening phone number.  We will call you back as soon as possible to confirm your order, schedule payment, and provide driving directions if you choose to pick up your order.   NOTE: We cannot accept credit card payments for phone orders or pickups; they must be performed online through PayPal as described above.

Payment Methods

We accept personal checks,  money orders, and credit cards through Paypal, the most popular online secure-payment service.  NOTE:  When you make a payment using PayPal, BasketBees.biz does NOT receive any sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. PayPal uses advanced encryption to keep your information safe.

Shipping

All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.  We charge only actual shipping rates based on zip code and package weight, no surcharges or handling fees!  Most orders are shipped next day. Special orders may take a few days longer.

We can also bring orders to the monthly Lake Country Basket Guild meetings the second Tuesday of every month, in Pewaukee, WI at no extra charge. Please order a few days before the meeting.

Busy Bee Bonus and Referral Program

We add up 5% of each of your first 10 orders (excluding sales tax and shipping) and apply it as a rebate to your 11th order! If you refer a new customer to us, we will apply 5% of  their first order toward your bonus and count it towards the 10 orders needed to redeem your rebate.  You can refer an unlimited number of people. Your accrued rebate and number of orders is listed in the invoice sent with your order.  Customers are automatically entered into the program with their first order.

Quantity Discounts

We currently offer the following discounts, which exclude tax and shipping:

$100 to $199.99 -  5% Quantity Discount
$200 and Over -    10% Quantity Discount
